H2 Energy
We see potential in the innovative use of hydrogen as a key element in energy solutions.
With the increasing production of energy from renewable sources, such as solar and wind power plants, the challenge of efficiently storing excess electricity arises. The solution lies in converting surplus energy into green hydrogen, which can later be used to regenerate electricity when the sun isn’t shining, and the wind isn’t blowing.

Future of energy and Hydrogen
Hydrogen as the storable fuel of the future
Our vision is based on the idea that hydrogen cylinders could replace traditional fuels, such as wood or coal. In the future, both households and businesses could use cylinders filled with green hydrogen to meet their energy needs and ensure independence from external electricity supplies. This model offers not only energy self-sufficiency but also a more sustainable and environmentally friendly approach to energy consumption.

Potential for the future
Thanks to modern technologies for hydrogen production, storage, and utilisation, a pathway is emerging towards a decentralised and efficient energy infrastructure. This solution will enable the transformation of surplus energy into usable hydrogen, contributing to the development of clean and sustainable energy.
Challenges and opportunities in the hydrogen market
The hydrogen sector is currently facing a range of challenges, yet it also presents new opportunities for the development of modern energy solutions.

Economic and technological challenges
The adoption of hydrogen technologies in the Czech Republic is hindered by high costs and slow infrastructure development. The production of green hydrogen remains more expensive than traditional energy sources, which slows down its widespread implementation.

Supporting decarbonisation and innovation
Despite these obstacles, hydrogen can play a key role in the decarbonisation of industry and energy sectors. Investments in research and optimisation of technologies could reduce costs and enhance the efficiency of hydrogen production and distribution processes.

Global growth and the Czech perspective
Interest in hydrogen is growing worldwide—in 2022, global consumption reached 95 megatonnes, with one megatonne attributed to green hydrogen. The Czech Republic has the potential to capitalise on this opportunity and become part of the dynamically expanding market for sustainable energy.
